Diversified's 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 3,000+ sq. ft. 2-story model home is a first in the new home construction market in Cabazon, CA to use the 21st century Premier Building Systems structural super-insulated structurally sound, earthquake & fire proof panel building system, grid-tied solar power generating models to include solar roof panels and a host of other energy and water saving features, including dual paned Anderson windows, Honeycomb Ultima dual cell blinds, efficient lighting (inside and out), skylights that adjust throughout the day to modify the amount of daylight admitted to the building, low-flow plumbing fixtures and tankless water heaters.
